Pajama Jams is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing comfort and dignity to children in need through the gift of new pajamas. What began as a small family tradition has grown into a multi-state movement that brings people together each year to make bedtime a little brighter for kids and teens across our communities.

For more than a decade, our volunteers, donors, and community partners have helped collect and distribute thousands of pajamas each year to help children experience the comfort of a safe and cozy night’s sleep.

  • Good Sleep for Good is the heart of our mission and the name of our annual pajama drive. Each year, individuals, families, schools, and businesses come together to collect new pajamas for children and teens in need across our communities.

  • The pajamas collected through Pajama Jams are distributed to children through schools, shelters, and local social service organizations that directly serve families in need.

  • Pajama Jams is not able to distribute pajamas directly to individuals. We work through schools, shelters, and community partners to reach children in need.  If your family needs assistance, please contact your child’s school counselor, social worker, or a local community organization for support.

  • We collect NEW pajamas in all sizes, from 5T through adult XXL, to ensure we can provide comfort to children and teens of every age.

  • We can only accept new pajamas with tags attached to ensure safety, hygiene, and dignity for every child we serve. We’re not able to accept pre-worn or used pajamas.

  • Anyone can participate by donating new pajamas during the annual drive. You can drop them off at one of our official collection locations or through a participating community partner. 

    You can order directly through our Pajama Jams Wish List, and your gift will be shipped straight to us.

  • Yes. Hosting a bin is one of the easiest and most impactful ways to get involved. We provide a branded bin, posters, and digital materials to help you promote participation. You can sign up to host a bin or become a partner.

  • If your organization, school, or program serves children or families in need, you can apply to become a Pajama Jams distribution partner. Approved partners receive new pajamas collected during the drive to distribute to children in their care. To inquire or apply, please contact us.

  • Yes. Pajama Jams welcomes partnerships with companies, brands, and organizations that share our mission of bringing comfort to children in need. Businesses can “adopt” Pajama Jams as part of their community outreach or annual giving initiatives.

    We’d love to explore creative ways your business can get involved, whether through sponsorship, product partnerships, or employee engagement.

  • Yes. Every dollar makes a difference. Monetary donations help us purchase pajamas in hard-to-find sizes and support logistics such as bins, materials, and distribution. You can donate securely online.
